In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

In a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients: flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter. Use a fork or pastry cutter to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until crumbly.
