  5. Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a small circle. Place a portion of the potato mixture in the center and seal the edges to form a ball.
  6. Roll the stuffed ball into a flatbread.
  7. Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown.
