Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the chopped Milky Way candy bars.

Drop rounded balls of dough onto a greased or lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a chilled bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
