  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut the cold butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the milk and vanilla extract. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.
  6. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about 12x16 inches.
  7. Sprinkle the pecan mixture evenly over the dough.
  8. Starting from one of the long sides, roll the dough into a tight log.
  9. Use a sharp knife to cut the log into 8 equal pieces.
  10. Place the pieces into a greased 9-inch round baking dish.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  12. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze.
  13. Drizzle the glaze over the warm pull apart.
