Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a muffin tin.

In a mixing bowl, combine the farina, all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract, and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full. Sprinkle turbinado sugar on top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
