Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cut the butter into small pieces and add it to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the milk and honey. Stir until just combined.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it gently a few times until it comes together.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 inch (5 cm) and use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits.

Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
