In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large mixing bowl, soften the vanilla ice cream and chocolate ice cream. Mix until well combined.

Smooth the top with a spatula and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
