  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.
  3. Gradually pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the edges start to lift.
  6. Flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Remove the crepes from the skillet and set aside.
  8. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  9. Spread a thin layer of the melted chocolate on each crepe.
  10. Roll the crepes and place them on a serving plate.
