  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until well combined.
  2. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and spoon a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture onto the center.
  3. Top with a raspberry and fold the wrapper diagonally to form a triangle.
  4. Moisten the edges with water and press to seal.
  5. In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  6. Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  8. In a small saucepan, combine water and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
  9. Drizzle the cornstarch mixture over the fried wontons.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
