  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs.
