Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crust, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts.

Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.

Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the pie to set.

Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
