  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined.

  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
