  4. Add the zucchini, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook until the zucchini is tender.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  6. Place half of the zucchini mixture into the greased baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini in the baking dish.
  8. Top with the remaining zucchini mixture.
  9. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top.
