In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the pineapple juice, coconut milk, vanilla extract, crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, and rum.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and a tablespoon of pineapple juice to make the glaze.
