  2. Crush the digestive biscuits in a food processor and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the biscuit mixture into the base of a springform pan.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, strained yogurt, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Gradually add flour and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  11. Serve chilled and enjoy!
