  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in sour cream and flour until well combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
