Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.

Gradually add the flour to the pumpkin mixture, stirring until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the batter.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
