Cass’s Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Spinach and artichoke dip became popular in the United States in the 1980s and is now a classic appetizer at many restaurants.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
