  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a square baking dish.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Place the Lindor truffles on top of the batter, evenly spacing them apart.
  8. Pour the remaining batter over the truffles and spread it evenly.
  9. Sprinkle the pepitas on top of the batter.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 15 minutes.
  12. Transfer the brownies to a wire rack and let them cool completely before cutting into squares.
