  5. Stir in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and grated carrots.
  6. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.

  9. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the cheesecake, then remove the sides of the pan.
