Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the pecans, flour, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.

Pour the pumpkin mousse into the cooled tart crust and smooth the top.

Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the mousse.
