In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to make the basil mayonnaise.

Spread the basil mayonnaise evenly on one side of each tortilla.

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.

Place the tomato slices on one tortilla, followed by the mozzarella slices and basil leaves.

Top with another tortilla.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.

Remove from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
