In a large bowl, combine the butternut squash, yeast, flour, sugar, and salt.

Add the olive oil and warm water to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.

Place the loaf on a greased baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
