  3. In a separate bowl, sift cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. If desired, fold in walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
