  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Roll out the pastry dough and line a tart pan with it.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and salt. Mix well.

  5. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the blueberry mixture and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Gradually pour the blueberry mixture into the whisked eggs, stirring continuously.
