  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a plastic bag.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Divide the cream cheese mixture into two bowls. Add orange food coloring to one bowl and mix until fully combined.
  4. Layer the crushed Oreo cookies at the bottom of serving cups.
  5. Add a layer of the orange cream cheese mixture on top of the crushed cookies.
  6. Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the orange cream cheese mixture.
  7. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  9. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with candy corn.
