Preheat the grill.

Clean the Portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Brush the mushroom caps with the olive oil mixture.

Grill the mushrooms for about 5 minutes on each side, until tender.

Remove the mushrooms from the grill and let them cool slightly.

Slice the Ciabatta bread and place the grilled mushrooms on one side.

Top with mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh basil.

Place the other slice of bread on top.
