  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  4. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  5. Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Toast the gluten-free slider buns on the grill for a minute.
  8. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun.
  9. Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard.
  10. Cover with the top half of the bun.
