Gluten Free Sliders
Sliders were popularized by the fast-food chain White Castle in the 1940s, and they have since become a beloved American food.
This is vegetarian, gluten free and high protein recipe. Dish can be prepared in 35 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 13.

In a bowl, combine ground beef, gluten-free bread crumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.

Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Toast the gluten-free slider buns on the grill for a minute.

Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun.

Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard.

Cover with the top half of the bun.
