  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse the pecans until finely ground.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pecans, all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
