  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top, sealing the edges with water.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
