Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
Portobello mushrooms are actually mature cremini mushrooms and have a rich, meaty flavor.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove the stems from the portobello mushrooms and brush them with olive oil.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add spinach and cook until wilted.

In a bowl, combine the cooked spinach, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.

Stuff the mushroom caps with the spinach mixture.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Allow the mushrooms to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
