  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Peel, core, and slice the apples and peaches.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sliced apples, peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, butter, and salt to make the pie dough.
  5. Divide the dough in half and roll out one half to line the bottom of a pie dish.
  6. Fill the pie dish with the fruit mixture.
  7. Roll out the remaining dough and place it on top of the fruit mixture.
  8. Seal the edges of the pie and make a few slits on the top crust for steam to escape.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Let the pie cool for 10 minutes before serving.
