  1. Melt dark chocolate and white chocolate separately in two bowls.
  2. Dip the coffee beans in melted dark chocolate, shake off excess, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each dipped coffee bean.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set the chocolate.
  5. Dip the coffee beans, one at a time, in melted white chocolate, shake off excess, and place them back on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle sprinkles on top of each dipped coffee bean.
  7. Place the baking sheet back in the refrigerator for 40 minutes to set the chocolate.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
