  6. Remove the chai tea bags and cinnamon sticks.
  7. Use an immersion blender or a food processor to puree the mixture until smooth.
  8. Return the mixture to the saucepan and simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
  9. Let the apple butter cool for 30 minutes before transferring to jars.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
