Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Gently fold in the cream cheese and diced peaches.

Divide the batter evenly among a greased muffin tin.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
