Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.

In a bowl, combine the grated zucchini, corn kernels, coriander leaves, all-purpose flour, egg, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Drop spoonfuls of the zucchini mixture into the pan and flatten them slightly with the back of the spoon.

Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
