In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, and half of the milk until smooth.

Gradually add the remaining milk while whisking continuously.

Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

Place a muffin tin in the oven to heat up with the vegetable oil.

Once the oil is hot, carefully pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the puddings have risen and turned golden brown.
