In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Fold in the raspberries gently.

In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter.

Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of popsicle molds.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the molds, leaving a little space at the top.

Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the frozen cheesecakesicles.
