Slow Cooker Stuffing
Stuffing is a traditional dish served during Thanksgiving in the United States. It is believed to have originated from the ancient Roman practice of stuffing birds with a mixture of ingredients.

Cut the bread into cubes and spread them out on a baking sheet. Leave them uncovered overnight to dry out.

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and celery and cook until they soften, about 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, broth, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Add the dried bread cubes and cooked onion and celery to the bowl. Stir well to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours.

After 4 hours, remove the lid and let the stuffing rest for 10 minutes before serving.
