  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each dough ball slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
