Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins
Blueberries are packed with antioxidants and are known as a superfood!

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add honey, Greek yogurt, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners. Fill each cup about 3/4 full with the batter.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
