Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg yolks and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.

Use your thumb or the back of a teaspoon to make an indentation in the center of each cookie.

Fill each indentation with a teaspoon of white chocolate chips and a teaspoon of raspberry jam.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
