White Chocolate-Cherry Poke Cupcakes

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Fold in the white chocolate chips.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.

Using the end of a wooden spoon, poke holes into each cupcake.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cupcakes, allowing it to soak into the holes.

Let the cupcakes cool completely.

Once cooled, top each cupcake with cherry pie filling.

Pipe whipped cream on top of each cupcake and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
