Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.

In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add spinach and cook until wilted.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
