  5. Roll up the pastry sheets tightly, starting from the long side.
  6. Cut the rolled sheets into 1-inch thick slices.
  7. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Beat the egg and brush it over the pinwheels.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
