Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cut the hot dogs in half lengthwise, leaving a small portion uncut at the top to resemble a fingernail.

Roll out the breadstick dough and cut it into thin strips.

Wrap each hot dog half with a strip of dough, leaving a small portion uncovered at the top for the fingernail.

Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Place a small amount of ketchup on the uncovered portion of each hot dog to resemble blood.

Press an almond slice onto the ketchup to resemble a fingernail.
