  3. Roll out the breadstick dough and cut it into thin strips.
  4. Wrap each hot dog half with a strip of dough, leaving a small portion uncovered at the top for the fingernail.
  5. Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Place a small amount of ketchup on the uncovered portion of each hot dog to resemble blood.
