  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted unsalted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

  3. Dissolve the gelatin powder in water and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, microwave it for a few seconds until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
