Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted unsalted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Dissolve the gelatin powder in water and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, microwave it for a few seconds until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Add the gelatin mixture to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Dissolve the royal milk tea powder in hot water and let it cool. Pour the royal milk tea mixture into the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
