Cut the French bread into 1-inch cubes and spread evenly in the baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes, pressing down gently to ensure all the bread is soaked.

Sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the bread mixture. Dot the cream cheese on top.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and maple syrup together over medium heat. Drizzle the mixture over the casserole.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
