Banana, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Pancakes

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the mashed banana, egg, milk, and peanut butter until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the pancakes warm with maple syrup.
