Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the vegetarian ground meat substitute, finely chopped onion, grated carrots, finely chopped celery, minced garlic cloves, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and press it down firmly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
